19/05/2009, 10:08 AM Charlotte E Joined on 05/05/2008 Posts 13 Smart School of Cookery   Dear Editor,   I was the lucky winner of the Smart School of Cookery competition that Essex Life magazine ran.  My prize was to take part in a cookery class with celebrity chef Valentina Harris.  The day was informative and relaxed.  I and my fellow class mates watched and listened to Valentina as she shared some of her vast experience with us.  We helped her create some mouth watering Italian dishes which we then were able to consume with much pleasure.  I will definitely be enrolling for other courses and would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in cooking no matter what their experience is.
